AGITEC provides solutions for agitating and mixing drinks, fruit juices, wines and alcohols. It also has real know-how in derived, ready-to-use dairy products where the contamination risks are higher (cooked sauces, béchamel, cream desserts, etc.).
AGITEC is currently developing two new types of machine for the food industry. The material is classed as ultra-clean. It is made entirely from polished stainless steel, has no hold-up and is perfectly adapted to the pressure and temperature constraints that are the result not only of the manufacturing process but also of the on site sterilisation and cleaning cycles.
1 - FOLDING BLADE LATERAL VESSEL STIRRERS
The folding blade lateral vessel stirrers conform to ATEX or classic standards. Their specificity is that they are integrated into existing vessels which were not originally equipped with a cavitation for a stirrer.
The folding blade makes it possible to introduce the stirrer’s shaft and blade through a direct passage valve equipped with a Macon (wine), SMS or even clamp coupling.
Its advantage: installing the stirrer does not require any modification to the vessel and the machine can be transferred from one stocker to another once the stocker is empty.
These stirrers have been specially designed for drinks, fruit juices, wine production and so on.
2 - SLOW SPEED ANCHOR VESSEL STIRRERS
These machines have been specially designed for mixing dessert toppings or fruit-based sauces which have a risk of fermentation.
The stirrers turn at a slow speed and are equipped with proximity anchors with or without scrapers to prevent burning the walls.
