The Agitec board of directors has announced more than encouraging figures for this six-month period in terms of turnover: + 60 % for the first 4 months of 2006 and an order book for April that is highly promising. With more than 300 stirrers sold every year, Laurent Mangeolle forecasts an increase in turnover for 2006 of more than 15 % for a staff of seventeen employees.
Agitec’s savoir-faire and 15 years of experience in designing and manufacturing mixing equipment and assembling high-performance components (for example, the SEW-USOCOME motoreducer) have enabled the company to develop specific applications in profitable sectors such as chemistry, petrochemicals, the food industry, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and more.
The company has more and more clients in Europe, as well as in North Africa and Asia (Korea, Malaysia).
On the basis of this positive trend, the company’s engineering research office in Montanay (near Lyon) is preparing for the end of the year a
new range of magnetic coupling stirrers for vessel floors.
This range of products is innovative thanks to its “three-in-one” presentation.
As Grégory Badey explains: from the same standard components, the stirrer will offer three functions:
- classic mixing stirrer
- high speed disperser
- rotor stator emulsifier
with only a minimum number of modifications to make, and all for a very competitive price.
