seals. The stirring system proposed by AGITEC combines the effectiveness of complex sealing with an innovative process which minimises handling when removing the seal chamber and saves precious time during mechanical seal maintenance.
In addition to the lateral extraction shafts, which are perfectly tailored to the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, the rotating-shaft stirrer allows mechanical seal cartridges to be rapidly extracted and
exchanged.
Their ultra-compact design makes the stirrer easy to install meaning that the limited space at the top of the tank is no longer an issue.
Due to this easier maintenance, AGITEC can position itself in a market of large stirrers which are difficult to access. Its pivot system of a gear motor on an off-centre axis means that the upper part of the shaft can be removed to leave space to remove the mechanical seal chamber either manually or using a winch placed on the stirrer's
axle.
